REFUNDS, DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Delivery Orders

All orders are to be delivered through Australia Post Regular & Express Post Service to any address within Australia & selected
areas outside Australia. For Makeup Artist Program members, orders can be picked up in person from the K Luxe Lashes Warehouse
by schedule.

When picking up in the warehouse. kindly show your e-receipt or order confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID i.e.
driver’s license. Please allow at least 5 to 7 working days notification prior to your chosen pickup schedule.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within one to three working days from the date of the order placement. Shipping may take 7 to 10 working
days to the buyer’s location within Australia and 10 to 15 working days for locations outside Australia.

In case we are unable to dispatch orders within three working days, an email notification will be sent through to the registered
contact details.

Order Tracking

When your on line purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and collection details. This
email will also include an Australia Post link which will allow you to track the status of your order.

Shipping

Order & shipping process are every Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM AWST and we’ll need 1 to 3 business days for the order
fulfillment process.
Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) is our default postal service.
• Processing time may be affected during peak seasons, holidays and sale periods to which orders may require additional time for all
order fulfillment processes. During these times, please be patient with us as there may be delays in customs, delivery and other
services that will use external service providers.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns and refunds will be accepted for any wrong or damaged items reported within 14 days for locations within Australia and
30 days for locations outside Australia. Changes of mind will not be honoured.

If the cause of damaged items are from courier mishandling, misuse or any other unforeseen factors that are beyond K Luxe Lashes’
responsibilities, no claim will be guaranteed.

Returning of items directly to the warehouse for Makeup Artist Program members is to be scheduled via an appointment. Please contact us at info@kluxelashes.com or sales@kluxelashes.com. Please show your e-receipt or order confirmation email and a valid
government-issued ID i.e. driver’s license.
